You can access your Personal Data and confirm that it is correct and up-to-date, choose whether or not you wish to receive material from us or any of our partners, and request that we delete or provide you with a copy of your personal data by logging into the site and selecting ‘My Profile’ from the dropdown in the top right, and scrolling down to find the appropriate option.

Keep in mind, however, that when deleting your Personal Data there may be residual information that will remain within our databases, access logs, and other records, which may or may not contain your Personal Data. Some of our courses may be available to children under the age of 13. This section describes how FUVi collects, uses, and shares children’s personal information. It also describes parent’s rights and choices with respect to their children’s personal information, and how they can reach us to get answers to questions.
Children under age of 13 are prohibited from creating an Account with us.
If you are under 13, you must have a parent or guardian create your Account and help you enroll in courses that are appropriate for you.

If the child interacts with our forum, we will collect any additional information the child provides to us. Information provided through community forums may be available to other members of the community. We strongly encourage children who use our forum features to never provide personal information about themselves.
